We are seeking a proactive Analyst to work within a multi-disciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, and modelers. You will contribute to the entire lifecycle of complex analytical forecasting projects, from data exploration to model deployment to validation and testing. This role requires a strong technical foundation, hands-on coding expertise, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Demand Forecasting & Advanced Modeling: Develop and maintain high-accuracy short-term and long-term demand forecasts at Automotive Segmentation and Powertrain levels. Build, validate, and deploy time-series models and AI/ML algorithms to identify market trends, seasonal patterns, and macroeconomic influences.
- Business Engagement and Presentation: Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing and Finance teams, translating analytical outputs into clear business recommendations. Lead monthly forecasting reviews, presenting findings to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and maintain interactive dashboards that provide executive leadership with real-time visibility into sales performance and forecast accuracy.
- Process Innovation using AI: Proactively integrate Generative AI and other modern AI tools into daily workflows to automate repetitive tasks, find and execute efficiencies, and accelerate data insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business and engineering teams to understand data requirements. You will translate complex technical findings into clear, data-driven recommendations and present insights to stakeholders to support business strategy.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Forecasting & Statistics: Strong foundation in statistical theory (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis) and time-series methodologies (e.g., ARIMA, Prophet, etc.).
- AI/ML Expertise: Experience developing machine learning models (Supervised/Unsupervised) to solve predictive analytics problems.
- Familiarization in cross-platform task automation solution is a huge plus
- Programming: Proficiency in Python (specifically Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) or R for data manipulation and modeling. SQL skills for data extraction are highly preferred.
- Data Visualization: Hands-on experience in Power BI, Tableau or other similar tools to create compelling visual narratives.
- AI Tool Integration: Demonstrated ability to use AI productivity tools (e.g., LLMs, GitHub Copilot) for data analysis, coding assistance, and workflow optimization.

- Business Acumen: A keen interest in the automotive industry and the ability to link data patterns to real-world business outcomes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, forecasting, or a strategic planning role (Automotive experience is a significant plus).
