Ford Business Solutions is looking for an

Author for technical publications

to join our Aftersales team in ourSzentendre office.

What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team? 

•    Coordinating the publication of vehicle service check sheets and wiring diagrams. 
•    Creation of vehicle rescue cards. 
•    Calculation of service labor times for service check sheets.
•    Coordinating, reviewing and solving service check sheet, wiring diagram and rescue card related dealer complaints.
•    Working jointly within the global and regional Customer Service Engineer (CSE) teams including design for service, service tools, diagnostics        and service parts.

What are the requirements for the position?

•    Business fluent English skills
•    Proficient in the use of common MS-Office applications
•    Likes to work in a team and shows strong communication skills
•    University or College Degree, preferably in Engineering or a related technical field
•    Experience in repairing and diagnosing vehicles is an advantage
•    Experience with Teamcenter, Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage
•    Experience with authoring content management systems is an advantage
