As Country Manager – Asia Pacific Distributor Markets, you will lead multiple distributor markets from our regional headquarters in Bangkok, Thailand. Working closely with distributor partners, you will drive business growth, strengthen our brand, and help shape the future of our business across diverse and dynamic markets.

What You’ll Do

Lead the business performance across multiple distributor markets.
Build trusted partnerships with distributor CEOs, General Managers and leadership teams.
Develop and execute strategies to grow sales, market share and profitability.
Drive business development across Sales, Marketing and Aftersales to unlock sustainable growth.
Support distributors in marketing, customer experience, retail excellence and aftersales performance.
Identify new business opportunities and turn them into measurable business results.
Lead commercial planning, forecasting and business reviews.
Collaborate with regional cross-functional teams to deliver the best outcomes for your markets.
Represent the voice of your markets within the regional leadership team.

What You’ll Bring

8+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with a strong track record in Sales, Marketing or Distributor Management.
Experience managing distributor or dealer networks and driving commercial performance across multiple markets.
Strong understanding of automotive retail operations, business planning, forecasting and market development.
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence business decisions.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Experience working in an international or regional environment.
A proactive mindset, strong business acumen and a passion for delivering results.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive sales, field operations, or distributor management.
• Strong financial acumen to monitor distributor KPIs, sales performance, and operational gaps.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with distributor leadership and manage complex escalations.
• Experience in aligning marketing plans with corporate strategy and driving Customer Experience (NPS) improvements.
• Ability to analyze market intelligence and competitor activities to recommend strategic actions.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence external partners.
• Willingness to travel frequently to assigned distributor markets for on-site support and reviews.
