• Provide senior technical guidance on statistical modeling, mathematical optimization, and machine learning pipeline integration to support regulatory compliance forecasting.
• Partner with senior European business leaders and global technology groups to translate complex regulatory requirements and analytical outputs into actionable commercial insights.
• Manage demand, team capacity, and product line resource allocation, resolving cross-functional dependencies and technical blockers.
• Author and maintain high-level technical documentation, strategy papers, and governance guidelines to ensure long-term product integrity.

• Deep conceptual and practical understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills within a Product Driven Operating Model (Agile/PDO), with the ability to define strategic roadmaps and align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
• Highly comfortable working with fluid requirements and managing strategic ambiguity.
Preferred requirements:
• 3+ years of direct supervisory experience managing technical data science or engineering teams.
• 3+ years of experience delivering predictive analytics solutions in vehicle sales, regulatory compliance, CO2 fleet management, or environmental sustainability.
• Experience integrating data products with CI/CD pipelines and enterprise-level database architectures.
• Inquisitive, self-driven, and capable of driving organizational change in a global matrix setup.

• Being part of a fully supportive, collaborative and international team -Hungary, Germany, UK and India
• Working in an environmentally friendly and well-equipped office in the XIII. district of Budapest
• Hybrid working model - 4 office days required
