We are looking for an Automation & Data Analyst to join our Digital Transformation team. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for using technology to automate repetitive tasks, improve operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.

This role combines programming, data analytics, business process automation, and Microsoft technologies. The candidate does not need to be an expert software developer but should be comfortable learning and applying modern tools to solve business problems.

The successful candidate will leverage Python, Microsoft Power Platform, and modern automation technologies to streamline business processes, eliminate manual work, improve reporting, and support digital transformation initiatives across the organization. The role requires a balance of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and a continuous learning mindset.

  • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain automation solutions using Python and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
  • Automate repetitive tasks using Python, Power Automate, VBA, and scripting tools.
  • Build and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Collect, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver automation solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Power Apps applications for internal business processes.
  • Maintain documentation for automation solutions, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Work with APIs and integrate data between different business systems.
  • Use GitHub for version control and collaboration.
  • Work with both Windows and macOS environments as required.
  • Explore and adopt AI technologies to improve productivity and automate business processes.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and automation tools.
  • 3 to 5yrs of Experience on the below Technical Skills

Technical Skills

Programming & Automation

  • Strong foundation in Python programming
  • VBA (Visual Basic for Applications)
  • HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript concepts
  • Scripting and task automation
  • REST API basics and JSON data handling

Microsoft Technologies

  • Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query)
  • Microsoft Power BI
  • Microsoft Power Apps
  • Microsoft Power Automate
  • SharePoint Online
  • Microsoft 365 applications

Data & Databases

  • SQL fundamentals
  • Data cleaning, transformation, and validation
  • Data visualization and reporting
  • Experience working with Excel, CSV, JSON, and other business data formats

Cloud & Development Tools

  • Microsoft Azure fundamentals
  • Cloud computing concepts
  • GitHub (repositories, branching, commits, pull requests)
  • Visual Studio Code
  • Google Colab or Jupyter Notebook

AI & Emerging Technologies

  • Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts
  • Experience using AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or GitHub Copilot) to improve productivity
  • Prompt engineering fundamentals
  • Understanding of automation using AI services

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Power Platform administration
  • Knowledge of Power BI DAX and Power Query (M Language)
  • Familiarity with Azure Functions or Logic Apps
  • Experience integrating APIs and third-party services
  • Understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Experience building automation workflows for business processes
  • Basic knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps concepts
