We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Java, and Spring Boot to strengthen the team supporting the LSL integration platform and TMS migration across IMG and EU markets. The role combines product ownership, technical delivery, cloud engineering, application support, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver secure, scalable solutions for finished-vehicle logistics operations.
Drive product and technical delivery for cloud-based applications supporting finished-vehicle logistics operations.
Design, develop, test, and maintain Java/Spring Boot microservices and RESTful APIs, with frontend contributions using Angular or React and TypeScript where required.
Deploy and operate cloud-native applications on GCP, including Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, App Engine, GKE, BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and related services.
Design and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform, applying sound principles for scalability, reliability, security, and cost management.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Cloud Build, Jenkins, or equivalent tools, with automated testing and quality/security gates.
Publish, secure, version, and govern APIs through Apigee, including access control, documentation, and lifecycle management.
Develop and maintain data products, ETL processes, and transformation rules that support operational and business requirements.
Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures; troubleshoot performance across applications, APIs, and data layers.
Implement observability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and distributed tracing using services and tools such as Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace, or OpenTelemetry.
Apply secure software-development practices throughout the SDLC and remediate findings from Fossa, Checkmarx, 42Crunch, SonarQube, and related tools.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, QA, DevOps, security teams, and logistics stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
Participate in planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, code reviews, and architecture discussions; maintain delivery tracking in Jira or equivalent tools.
Troubleshoot production issues, coordinate incident resolution, and support reliable application and infrastructure operations.
Explore practical opportunities to use Python and AI/ML to improve automation, product capabilities, and data insights.
Create documentation and transfer knowledge to support continuity and backfill activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
10+ years of software development, solution design, testing, and application support experience.
8+ years of hands-on experience developing Java applications with Spring Boot and microservices.
3+ years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and operating solutions on GCP.
Experience with GCP data services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub.
Practical experience with Terraform, GitHub, CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud architecture principles.
Experience developing, securing, integrating, and consuming RESTful APIs.
Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, application performance, and data integration patterns.
Experience with Agile delivery methods and tools such as Jira, ServiceNow
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills; able to work independently when required.
Preferred Qualifications
GCP certification, such as Associate Cloud Engineer, Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, or Professional Cloud Architect.
Experience with AWS or Azure in addition to GCP.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless technologies.
Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar database platforms.
Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and cloud security controls.
Exposure to AI/ML frameworks, applications, or automation use cases.
Contribution to open-source projects or experience working in distributed engineering teams.
