As a Technical Lead, you will play a key role in designing and delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing software solutions. You will lead across the full product lifecycle, including architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
We're looking for architects who treat software development as a craft, champion clean code principles, and embrace a "you build it, you run it" mindset. This role offers opportunities to work with modern cloud platforms, enterprise APIs, and emerging AI technologies.

Full Stack Development

  • Design and develop scalable backend services using Java 17+, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
  • Build responsive and user-centric web applications using React or Angular.
  • Application Architect, Design, Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.

AI & Application Innovation

  • Lead to AI-enabled solutions utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and integrate enterprise knowledge sources.
  • Support integrations using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and related orchestration approaches where applicable.

Engineering Excellence

  • Apply clean code principles and software craftsmanship practices.
  • Maintain high code quality through peer reviews, automated testing, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end test coverage.

Cloud & DevOps

  • Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or comparable cloud environments.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
  • Work with containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.

Security & Quality

  • Implement secure API design and governance practices.
  • Utilize tools such as SonarQube, FOSSA, Apigee, 42Crunch, or equivalent platforms to maintain compliance and quality standards.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and team planning activities.
  • Mentor junior team members through code reviews, technical guidance, and pairing sessions.
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making.

Production Ownership

  • Monitor application health and performance in production environments.
  • Troubleshoot issues and drive continuous reliability improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
  • Experience building modern web applications using React or Angular.
  • Experience developing microservices and REST APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Oracle.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD practices and DevOps methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Javascript, React, Angular, Node.js.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Redis.
  • Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone or Milvus.
  • Experience implementing AI/GenAI solutions, including RAG architectures and LLM integrations.
  • Familiarity with MCP-based integrations.
  • Experience with API management, security, open-source compliance, and code-quality platforms such as Apigee, 42Crunch, FOSSA, and SonarQube.
