The role oversees technical training, professionalization, and workforce capability development, ensuring effective training execution for hourly and skilled trades employees. Partnering with HR, Operations, Union and Launch Teams, this position drives training strategy, compliance, and launch success through standardized processes, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.

Manage launch training budget that supports workforce readiness (LPWR)
Maintenance Operating System Deep Knowledge and Role Model
Ensure all Maintenance training requirements is part of TPFEP Matrix
People Operating System Deep Knowledge
Ensure all People training requirements is part of TPFEP Matrix
Support organizational transformation and culture change initiatives
Lead BCC Strategic Review (L&D)
Lead, manage, and monitor the plant's Technical, Leadership, and Functional Training strategy, ensuring workforce capability development aligns with operational objectives.
Responsible for identifying training needs, deploying learning plans, tracking completion and effectiveness metrics
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Ford Operating Systems
Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Expertise problem solving, data analytics, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Professional English proficiency required.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities to develop, engage, and lead teams in achieving business objectives while fostering a culture of learning, accountability
Experience in training methodologies, talent acquisition processes, and workforce development is highly desirable.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, develop, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and organizational goals.
Proven project management experience, successfully leading complex initiatives, managing multiple priorities, and delivering results within schedule and budget targets.
Demonstrated capability to drive organizational change and workforce transformation through effective planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
Experience managing Learning & Development programs, training governance, and capability-building strategies within a manufacturing environment.
Strong manufacturing background with experience in Launch Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and Production Areas.
