The Ford Purchasing team adds critical value to the entire organization. You’ll help us source the highest quality parts and services from around the globe while ensuring optimal cost and on-time delivery. You’ll also contribute to establishing a robust supply chain so that we can continually produce the vehicles our customers want.

We're looking for aData & Process Automation Analyst – Supply Chain to help modernize how procurement, sourcing, and supply chain teams work every day. In this role, you'll partner directly with business stakeholders to understand their challenges, challenge outdated ways of working, and build practical, scalable tools that make every day work faster, clearer, and more data driven. What you'll do...

  • Design, build, and maintain user-friendly applications and automated workflows (using tools like Power Apps and Power Automate) that streamline approvals, notifications, and task tracking for procurement and supply chain teams.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that give business leaders clear, real-time insight into performance and trends.
  • Partner directly with procurement, purchasing, and sourcing teams to gather requirements, identify inefficient processes, and redesign them into simple digital solutions.
  • Continuously improve existing tools and workflows for better performance, reliability, and ease of use, while creating reusable templates and components to speed up future projects.
  • Integrate data from approved external data sources and connectors to power dashboards, automations, and analysis.
  • Apply AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation, while clearly communicating solutions and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

You'll have... 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
  • Typically 1 to 3 years of experience developing, implementing, or supporting business applications, automation, or business intelligence solutions.
  • Language: Full professional proficiency in English (written and oral).

Skills & Tools

  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, and Microsoft 365.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently deliver production-ready applications in low-code or no-code environments.
  • Experience designing approval workflows, automation logic, and troubleshooting performance issues.
  • Experience managing a full project lifecycle — from gathering requirements through design, development, testing, and support.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into simple, scalable solutions.
  • Comfort working independently, managing multiple priorities, and adapting in a fast-changing environment.
  • Curiosity and openness to learning procurement, sourcing, and supply chain processes.

Nice to Have (Preferred)

  • Experience with Copilot Studio.
  • Experience with APIs, data connectors, or data transformation.
  • Working knowledge of SQL.
  • Familiarity with Python or another scripting language.
  • Experience with Power Automate Desktop or robotic process automation (RPA).
  • Experience with Looker Studio or similar business intelligence platforms.
  • Background in procurement, sourcing, manufacturing, or supply chain.
  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Power BI, Azure, or related technologies.

Availability to work under a hybrid schedule at the corporate office
