In our Office of General Counsel, you’ll be part of an organization that collaborates with outside counsel to operate as a global team and deliver world-class legal, tax and audit services to client groups throughout the company.
We’re looking for an experienced Attorney with 5–10 years of experience in regulatory compliance, environmental matters, and relations with administrative authorities. In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive legal support and develop strategies that protect corporate interests, mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and support business continuity.
What you'll do...
Responsible for comprehensive legal support to the company, as well as the design and execute strategies ensuring regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and operational continuity.
Follow-up to administrative requirements.
Management and supervision of external advisors, optimizing costs and quality of services.
Management of the team to design contracts, respond to warnings and requirements, handle administrative proceedings, and ensure the operation of the company.
Executive reporting to senior and corporate management.
Legal assistance to the company's various departments to ensure their operation and legality.
Management of licenses, handling of requirements, and resolution of local and federal proceedings.
Legal analysis of federal audits, ensuring the proper initiation of administrative proceedings.
Document administration and management.
