The Total Rewards Manager South America will be accountable for budgets, performance, and results of the Total Rewards team across locations. The role will provide guidance and advice regarding various Total Rewards matters including compensation and benefits issues that arise during business while ensuring compliance with relevant company HR policies, procedures, and programs. The role closely partners with senior HR leadership to address complex Total Rewards issues and collaborates with various departments. The role also designs effective communication strategies and oversees their implementation. The role has expertise in stakeholder and risk management, designing Total Rewards policies and standards in line with business priorities, and ensuring compliance further contributes to fostering a compliant and ethical work environment. The role has full management authority for staffing, performance, disciplinary action, pay decisions, team development, and other personnel actions.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree (preferred) in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience. - mandatory
- Advanced/Fluent English - mandatory
- Advanced/Fluent Spanish - desirable
Experience:
Minimum 8 years of work experience with a Master’s degree or 10 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Total Rewards or a related field. - mandatory
Licenses and Certifications:
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (PHR) (Preferred)
- Certified Compensation Professional (Preferred)
- Certified Benefits Professional (Preferred)
Location: São Paulo, Brazil - Vila Olímpia Office
Work Model: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)
Scope: 7 Countries (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela)
