EU Warranty Consulting, Auditing, Training and Field Ops Manager

to join our Ford Customer Service Team in our Szentendre office. 

What will be your roles and responsibilities?

The Warranty Consulting, Auditing, Training and Field Operations Manager is responsible for leading warranty consulting, audit, training, and field operations activities within Global Claims Operations. This role provides strategic leadership for warranty compliance, dealer consulting, audit governance, training development, field support processes, and policy administration. The position ensures the consistent application of warranty policies and procedures, promotes operational excellence, identifies process improvement opportunities, and supports business objectives through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, field organizations, legal partners, and suppliers.

•    Lead warranty consulting, audit, training, and field operations functions.  
•    Ensure compliance with warranty policies, regulations, and governance requirements.  
•    Drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation initiatives across warranty operations.  
•    Lead and develop high-performing teams, suppliers, and business partners.  
•    Establish and maintain audit, consulting, and training strategies that support organizational objectives.  
•    Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve operational effectiveness and customer outcomes.  
•    Oversee field operations, policy administration, and business reporting processes.  
•    Manage budgets, resources, and strategic priorities to deliver business results.

Requirements for the position:

Education: University / College degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or any related field.
Experience: Collaboration with cross-functional teams and project management.
Language: Excellent written and spoken English is essential. Proficiency in other EU languages is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficient use of Microsoft 365 tools and the ability to analyze data are basic requirements. Use of Qlik Sense dashboards is advantageous. An appreciation of and interest to apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools or concepts for process re-engineering and data analysis would also be an advantage.
