Credit Control & Payment Services Business Partner

to join our Sales Team in our Szentendre office. 

What will be your roles and responsibilities?

• Act as the key link between Ford, financial partners and distributors across European markets.

• Manage and monitor credit limits, financial exposure and payment terms, ensuring they support business needs while managing risks.

• Lead regular financial and credit reviews of distributors and provide clear reporting and insights to management.

• Partner with Sales, Finance and other teams to support business opportunities, tenders and changes in payment or financing requirements.

• Identify potential financial risks early and coordinate solutions with internal and external stakeholders.

• Support initiatives that strengthen dealer network standards, compliance and training across the markets.

• Help implement and improve new processes, systems and ways of working.

Are we looking for you? Yes, if...

• You have a degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field and 6–10 years of relevant experience.

• You have a background in Finance, Credit Risk, Accounting, Controlling or Financial Services.

• Experience working with banks/financial institutions is essential; automotive or wholesale finance experience is a plus.

• You are analytical, commercially minded and comfortable working with numbers and risks.

• You are a strong stakeholder manager and negotiator, able to work across different teams and markets.

• You are organised, proactive and confident managing projects and multiple priorities.

• You communicate clearly and can turn complex financial topics into simple business recommendations.

• You are fluent in English and confident with MS Office/Excel.
