Internal Control Coordinator

Ford Business Services is looking for an

Internal Control Coordinator

to join our team in our Szentendre location.

As an Internal Control Coordinator for HR, you will help ensure strong governance, compliance, and risk management across HR operations. You will coordinate internal control activities, support audits, monitor compliance, and partner with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and strengthen the organization's control environment.

What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?

• Support HR Operations on internal controls, compliance, and risk management in line with company policies.

• Coordinate the annual Controls Testing campaign, monitor remediation actions, and manage control improvement plans.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and management presentations on internal control performance and compliance.

• Partner with HR, Finance, Audit, and cross-functional teams to strengthen internal controls and resolve compliance issues.

• Support internal and external audits and contribute to continuous improvement and internal control initiatives.

Are we looking for you? Yes if…

• You have University / College degree and at least 2+ years post qualification experience

• You are not afraid of working in English with multinational colleagues from all around Europe

• You have strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills

• You are self-motivated and have the ability to multitask

• You have experience in auditing or internal control, although it is an advantage and not a requirement

• You would like to travel within Europe (up to 10%-20%)
