Junior Finance Analyst

Ford Business Solutions is looking for a

Junior Finance Analyst 

to join our Product DevelopmentFinance Team in our Szentendre office. 

You’ll join our Finance team and support the planning, forecasting, and reporting of capital spending across the business. You’ll work with Finance, Engineering, Treasury, Accounting, and other teams, gaining broad exposure to the business.

What will be your roles & responsibilities?

• Supporting monthly forecasts, reporting, and variance analysis
• Analyzing data, resolving discrepancies, and performing financial reconciliations
• Coordinating inputs from different teams and ensuring accurate and consistent reporting
• Supporting business planning, cash flow planning, and management reporting
• Maintaining investment data and supporting finance systems, testing, and improvements
• Preparing presentations, analyses, and supporting audit and control activities
• Providing support to other analysts and contributing to ad-hoc projects

Are we looking for you? Yes, if…

• You have a university/college degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• You’re analytical, curious, and comfortable working with numbers and data
• You have strong Excel/MS Office skills
• You communicate well in English and enjoy working with different teams
• You’re organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
• You pay attention to detail and enjoy solving problems
• You’re motivated to learn and develop in a finance/FP&A environment
• Alteryx knowledge is a plus, but not required.
