- Drive Investment OKR (Objective & Key Results): Play a critical role in our organization by directly contributing to the achievement of key Investment OKRs, which are essential for reaching Ford's overall Enterprise Technology goals.
- Lead Technical Problem Resolution: Act as a vital escalation point within our organization, working closely with partners and stakeholders to proactively identify and resolve technical roadblocks. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the timely achievement of KR milestones.
- Champion Partner Success: Demonstrate empathy and a deep understanding of partner operating models. Effectively communicate how our deliverables directly drive Ford's Enterprise Technology objectives, ensuring alignment and maximizing impact.
- Manage Executive Communication: Take ownership of executive communication, crafting and delivering clear and concise updates, proposing innovative features, and sharing valuable perspectives with diverse leadership teams across Ford
- Collaborate to Achieve OKRs: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project goals into actionable solutions that directly contribute to achieving specific Objectives & Key Results.
- Ensure Clear Project Requirements and Execution: Ensure project requirements, key milestones and risks are clearly defined, appropriately prioritized, and consistently executed using standard processes.
- Provide Executive-Level Updates and Risk Mitigation: Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership. Proactively engage team members & stakeholders and implement corrective actions when OKRs are at risk.
- Align Program and Projects with PI Objectives: Participate in PI Planning to ensure that sprint goals are aligned with the overall Program Increment objectives and that technical dependencies are properly addressed.
- Champion Agile Adoption: Coach teams on Agile methodologies, ensure the consistent execution of ceremonies, and implement measurable progress tracking.
- Manage Change & Drive Continuous Improvement: Implement and manage change processes related to Program development, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation to evolving user needs and or market demands.
- PM artifacts management

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills: ability to dissect problems and projects into manageable tasks.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to direct and motivate the cross functional Service Teams to meet Integration targets
- Interpersonal Skill: Strong team player who has a proven track record of working effectively in a cross-functional, matrix environment and with user groups.
- Effective Decision-Maker & Influencer: Demonstrated ability to make timely decisions, influence cross-functional teams, and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
- Exceptional Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and effective collaboration at all levels of the organization.
- Highly Organized & Efficient: Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain strong organizational skills in a dynamic environment.
- Customer-Centric & Results-Oriented: Deeply committed to understanding customer needs and delivering value-driven solutions that align with enterprise goals.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Overall 8+ years of experience in IT with at least 3+ years hands-on AGILE Methodology and Tools.
- Training and certification as a professional scrum master (PSM) or as a Certified Scrum Program Owner (CSPO) are an asset. (Nice to have)

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
