Ford Business Solutions is looking for a
Talent Management Specialist
to join our Talent Management Team.
You will play a key role in shaping and delivering our end-to-end talent management and learning & development agenda. You’ll work closely with Skill Team Personal Development leads, managers, employees, internal trainers, universities, and external partners to build strong talent pipelines and support people development across the organization.
What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?
Manage L&D activities from needs analysis to delivery and feedback, including suppliers, budget, catalogue, KPIs, and learning platforms.
Drive talent reviews, succession planning, high-potential management, and talent pooling across skill teams.
Support capability development, upskilling initiatives, learning paths, and individual development plans.
Coordinate mentoring, leadership development, internal trainers, and blended learning solutions.
Develop and maintain onboarding, induction, and manager development programs.
Build strong internal and external talent pipelines, including university and graduate relations.
Act as a key contact for talent and development-related topics and contribute to relevant projects and initiatives.
Are we looking for you? Yes, if...
- You have a university/college degree in HR, Business, Finance, Management, or a related field. An HR degree is a plus.
- You have proven experience in HR, talent management, learning & development, or a similar role.
- You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills and enjoy building relationships across different teams.
- You are fluent in Hungarian and English, both verbally and in writing.
- You are results-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused, with a strong customer mindset.
- You are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, projects, priorities, and external partners.
- You are passionate about developing people, building talent pipelines, and creating learning opportunities that make a real impact.
