Program Manager

As a Project Manager, you will lead a Balanced Product Team, collaborating with designers and engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• PDO Leadership: Drive the delivery lifecycle, ensuring strategic alignment and unblocking technical teams.
• Technical Delivery: Actively participate in architectural design, technical requirement breakdowns, and system troubleshooting (GCP, Angular, Java/Python).
• Jira Management: Maintain rigorous oversight of complex project workstreams, agile ceremonies, and backlogs using Jira.
• Cloud & AI Integration: Drive the execution of Applied AI projects, integrating LLMs and Agentic AI workflows into enterprise applications.

• Act as the core Project Manager within a Balanced Product Team, driving the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
• Maintain rigorous and meticulous oversight of project workstreams, epics, and the product backlog using Jira.
• Engage hands-on with the tech stack to support the engineering team—understanding API payloads, querying data (BigQuery/SQL), and navigating CI/CD pipelines (Terraform) & compliance.
• Translate complex business needs into actionable user stories and technical acceptance criteria.
• Develop and manage project schedules, resources, and timelines based on technical feasibility and business value.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and blockers across release trains.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and proactive problem management/defect prevention activities.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Technical Project Management or Software Engineering within a PDO or Agile environment.

Technical & Hands-On Skills:

• Strong understanding of full-stack development, specifically modern front-end frameworks (Angular) and backend languages (Python, Java, or Node.js).
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (e.g., BigQuery, Cloud Run) and cloud-native architectures.
• Applied AI Experience: Familiarity with or hands-on experience driving projects that integrate Generative AI, RAG, and LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Vertex AI).
• Ability to read code, write database queries (SQL), and actively participate in technical troubleshooting.

Tool & Process Knowledge:

• Expert-level proficiency in Jira and Confluence for managing complex projects, iterations, and advanced reporting.
• Deep understanding of software engineering disciplines (eXtreme Programming, TDD, CI/CD pipelines).

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts (like Agentic AI or microservices) to non-technical stakeholders.
