You will join a fast-paced, highly collaborative Agile team (typically 5-6 developers) that is recognized for rapid development and continuous innovation
- App Development & Modernization: Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) with a strong focus on intuitive User Experience (UX/UI) design.

- Collaboration & Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams (App Dev, IT Operations, Information Security) and business stakeholders to gather requirements, estimate effort, present technical designs, and provide ongoing tier-3 support.
Technical Experience
- Power Platform Expertise: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise-level Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Automate flows.

- Strong UX/UI design sensibility with a track record of building clean, user-friendly mobile and desktop interfaces.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document technical architectures, write user guides, and deliver engaging solution demonstrations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to estimate work accurately, meet planned timelines, and manage competing priorities.
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200)
