Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI & Power BI Developer to join our growing Advanced Analytics team. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of Generative AI, Cloud Data Engineering, and Business Intelligence. You will be responsible for designing and deploying production-grade AI applications (including LLMs, Multi-Agent RAG architectures, and predictive machine learning models) on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and translating their complex outputs into intuitive, high-impact Power BI dashboards.

1. Business Intelligence & Dashboard Development

• End-to-End Reporting: Interpret complex business requirements to design, develop, and deploy intuitive Power BI reports, dashboards, and data analytics solutions.
• Data Synthesis: Organize, model, and combine disparate datasets to provide clear, high-level business insights tailored for executive and management-level audiences.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate effectively with technical peers and business stakeholders alike, using strong business acumen to ensure technical solutions perfectly align with business strategies.

2. GCP Data Engineering & Integration

• Data Pipeline Optimization: Debug, fine-tune, and optimize data integration (ETL/ELT) processes within GCP (e.g., BigQuery, Cloud Composer) to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Data Warehousing: Analyze and refine data warehouse architectures, oversee data processing workflows, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and proactively recommend architectural improvements.
• System Integration: Manage data integration between GCP, Power BI, and other critical IT systems, including assisting with the evaluation and integration of new technologies into our CRM.

3. Advanced Analytics & AI Enablement

• Modern Analytics Pipelines: Assist in building and maintaining pipelines that connect Power BI to advanced analytics models, including predictive machine learning models and self-serve, LLM-powered SQL-generating agents using Python.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate emerging data technologies and methodologies to keep our analytics stack modern, secure, and highly efficient.
