Software Engineer

We are seeking a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) product management analyst to lead the
implementation of future state synergy implementation on the Dassault Systems 3DX platform with the integrations of other PLM systems(C3P, VET), ERP, Ford BOM custom applications, software and hardware systems within our IT ecosystem.

This role is pivotal in driving end-to-end PLM processes including change management, authoring, cost, weight management, Release and material management by interacting with cross workstream stake holders and understating of regional business process such as IMG, NA and EU.

This role involves developing paper sketches , rapid proto types and working closely with engineering team. You will champion innovative technologies to optimize product lifecycles, from concept to production, in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Process Optimization: Design, document, and maintain PLM standards, processes, and policies. Identify opportunities for automation, data governance, and efficiency improvements in product data management (PDM) and digital thread areas.

Innovation and Research: Lead the evaluation and prototyping of new technologies, tools, and methodologies. Stay abreast of industry trends in PLM

Excellent understanding of 3DX platform including BOM management, Change management and Cost management

Excellent understanding of Ford GPDS process

Prior experience in handling BOM, CAD and CDV systems either in IT or PD skill teams
