Lead, coordinate, and facilitate the daily operations of their assembly area, ensuring the on-time and proper delivery of the scheduled engine volume under safe and ergonomic conditions for operators, in full compliance with standardized work, and while maintaining fair, disciplined, and motivating management of their team.

  • Floor Leader and Operator Coach: Guides, provides feedback to, and develops operators and Team Leaders, resolving friction and absenteeism while fostering teamwork.

  • Guardian of Production Pace (Throughput / Takt Time): Monitors the line flow second by second to hit the JPH target, reacting immediately to Andon alerts and bottlenecks.

  • Standardized Work Auditor: Ensures no one skips operations, alters torquing sequences, or modifies methods defined in the instruction sheets (OIS / JES).
