In this high-impact role, you will act as a business consultant and commercial leader for our assigned dealer network. Your mission is to translate Ford Motor Company’s global business plans into local success. You will be responsible for achieving ambitious volume and market share targets while fostering sustainable, profitable relationships with our partners.   • Strategic Growth: Execute the annual sales and business plan, negotiating volume and market share targets to ensure regional profitability and competitiveness.
  • Dealer Partnership: Act as the primary liaison between Ford and dealers, promoting solid business relationships and coordinating financing and commercial strategies with Ford Credit.
  • Operational Excellence: Monitor dealership performance, supervising inventory turnover, vehicle visibility, and compliance with Ford’s corporate image and operational standards.
  • Customer Experience (CX) Champion: Drive fulfillment of CX objectives, ensuring the resolution of customer cases (CRC/SOC) and fostering an outstanding purchasing journey.
  • Field Leadership: Conduct frequent on-site visits to dealerships to develop work plans, supervise new vehicle launches, and ensure a highly trained, robust sales force.
  • Market Activation: Coordinate regional promotional events, fairs, and product launches to boost brand presence and sales momentum in the zone.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or Postgraduate degree is highly preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of success in commercial or sales leadership roles, ideally within the automotive industry or high-stakes retail/channel management.
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, KPI analysis, and advanced Excel. Strong ability to manage marketing budgets and strategic planning.
  • Commercial DNA: Proven track record in negotiation, influence, and achieving aggressive sales indicators.
  • Leadership Traits: High level of autonomy and proactivity, with the analytical thinking required to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Professional proficiency in English and Spanish is required for corporate reporting and communication.
