  • Manage seed, animal and contaminations audit team to ensure all vehicles are free of bio-security risk materials and seed, animal contaminations prior vessel loading.
  • Coordinate with Port and Terminal operators, Vessel liners, Yard operators, Car carrier to arrange operations schedule of each team.
  • Coordinate with DoA (Department of Agriculture) of Thailand and PAT (Port Authorities of Thailand) on activities related to seed contamination for ANZ market.
  • Plan and issue Seed Cleaning plan to Seed Cleaner service provider and Seed Contamination Audit team.
  • Plan and issue Shipment schedule to Seed Cleaner service provider and Seed Contamination Audit team.
  • Perform necessary inspection and audit on vehicle after inspectors cleaned the vehicle at Port and Container stuffing area by follow MVIP procedures.
  • Establish & amendment Vehicle washing Procedures/Requirements and deploy to Port/Terminal operator.
  • Establish & amendment Seed cleaning Procedure/Requirements and deploy to Seed Cleaner service provider.
  • Advise and take necessary action to solve operational issue at port and Container stuffing area.
  • Coordinate with Port/Terminal company operators to get the result of vehicle received at port area by each vessel and each day.
  • Validate and confirm Seed cleaning quantity per shipment.
  • In-Plant & External yard seed contaminations cleaning.
  • Seed & Contaminations audit at Port.
  • Seed Cleaner and MVIP report at Port.
  • Consolidate and review Seed contamination cleaning report form Service provider.
  • Regular attend training and update MVIP procedure with DoA Thailand and DAFF Australia.
  • Understand LCB environment and comment for Suggestion / Improvement on Seed contaminations concerns.
  • Develop Scope of work apply with current situations.
  • Lead KPI meeting.

  1. Education background
    -Bachelor’s degree preferably in Supply chain manage, Logistics or any related field.
  2. Year of experience
    -5-8 years working experience in support and manage a multi-million dollar international, preferably in vehicle yard and distributions.
  3. Specific background
    -Knowledge of problem-solving.
    -Formal logistics, international trade, or transport qualification preferable.
    -Project management, ISO/TS standards.
    -Understanding process – Customs, Vehicle Quarantine, international transport, etc.
  4. Functional skill/Soft skill
    -Leadership skill, good analytical, logical thinking and solving problem.
    -Ability to work within a team and to support the group effort.
    -Excellent presentation and communication for reginal meeting.
  5. Software/Computer literacy
    -Excellent Microsoft office Excel, Word, Power point, etc.
    -Ford application, internal system (NGAVS, GVDS, SAP, VMACS etc.)
  6. Language proficiency
    -Fluent in English communication (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
  7. Required certificate/License.
    -Driving license preferable.
