  • Lead and develop 13 GSR based in Thailand (11) and in Vietnam (2)
  • Own Material flow and Packaging for new program across AAT FTM1 FTM2 FVL KDC 
  • Accountable for end-to-end material flow execution, from supplier delivery at unloading docks through storage, complexity containment, and delivery to production line-side, ensuring optimal space utilization and flow efficiency.
  • Lead packaging development with Tier 1 suppliers, including review, approval, and guidance of packaging designs in compliance with Ford standards, with focus on quality, cost, and sustainability.
  • LQOS Deliverables IMG MFPE Launch to no RED
  • Ensure PKG >95% FTT for EPT build validations. No aging AIMs. No lead to quality issues.
  • Drive “ENTERPRISE COST” optimization, with strong engagement and leadership in CLL reviews.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of end-to-end material flow and lead the team to effectively review and optimize material stream types.
  • MP&L rep for new program coordinate with CFT
  • Deliver > 5 innovation projects - AMR/AGV/Karakuri/ AI vision/RFID
  • Drive for TVM 5-7 mil$/year
  • Drive separate safety improvement projects with a target of 7 projects per GSR per year, proactively preventing unsafe conditions and unsafe acts.
  • Ensure PKG design is appropriated and cost effective. 
  • Visit local suppliers for PKG readiness and benchmark for best practices including modernization and digitalization 
  • Proactively and reactively resolve material flow and packaging issues to prevent plant disruption
  • Drive for PKG Waste reduction per unit YOY (CO2 reduction)
  • Support and follow up team to deliver >2 individual project per GSR per year. Idea initiated by each GSR. 
  • Work with advance team and drive for better PKG / MFE design in advanced engineering phase

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineer - Mechanical, Mechatronic, Robotics, Automation, Data analytics. >10 years experience
  • Effective in managing work with cross-region and global teams across different time zones
  • AutoCAD, Teamcenter, Pack assist
  • PFEP, CMMS, BOM analysis
