Variable Dealer Margin (VDM) Program Authoring Specialist

to join our Dealer Operations Team in our Szentendre office.

Looking to kick-start your career in an international business environment? Join our team and work closely with Marketing, Sales & Finance teams while managing dealer incentive programs and supporting business operations across Europe.

What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?

• Support dealer program setup in a dedicated internal company system calledMPS2
• Manage payment processes & eligibility checks
• Handle data updates and reporting
• Work with cross-functional teams on campaigns and process improvements

• Help improve templates and AI-driven initiatives

Are we looking for you? Yes, if…

• You’re confident with Excel & Word
• You’re a team player with a problem-solving mindset
• Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field

• Experience in Sales/Marketing/Finance is a plus
