Basic computer literacy for data entry and monitoring systems is required. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the optimal performance of our production equipment. Your responsibilities will include performing preventative maintenance, such as inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating machinery like mixing and coating machines, clean rooms, and assembly robots. You will diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, implement corrective actions, and conduct routine equipment calibrations to maintain accuracy and continuously improve process efficiency.

Additionally, you will monitor production to ensure quality standards are met, analyze equipment performance data for optimization, and maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities. Adherence to all safety procedures, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and reporting hazards are paramount. This role requires close collaboration with production operators, engineers, and other technicians to effectively address equipment issues.
