This includes a medical plan option requiring zero monthly paycheck contributions; immediate medical, dental, and prescription drug coverage; and access to a health savings account included with all medical plans. Your mental health is important, too: we provide up to ten free counseling and coaching sessions a year for you and your dependents, along with other services.

Investing in You
As a Ford employee, you will have access to a broad suite of financial programs—including retirement, savings, and life insurance —to help you build a secure future. Salaried employees are eligible to participate in a retirement plan that includes a company contribution of at least 3.5% of your salary PLUS a match of 90% on the first 5% of your own contributions. In addition, Ford provides employees with free access to investment advice and planning tools via Edelman Financial Engines.

Enjoy your time away from work with a substantial and flexible vacation and holiday program. U.S. paid holidays include a year-end holiday period so you can travel the world or stay home and relax. Additionally, you'll get vacation days and two weeks of flexible family care time to help you be your best self at work. If you're thinking about expanding your family, we have programs to help. U.S. salaried employees receive comprehensive fertility, surrogacy and adoption assistance; parental leave; and a four-week new parent ramp-up program with a part-time schedule and full-time pay.
