Job Title: Center of Excellence (CoE) Analyst – Strategy & Transformation
Location: CAM-VO-PACHECO
Grade: GSR7/8
The Challenge:

In the Center of Excellence, your mission is to "connect the dots" between data, people, and processes—transforming complexity into simple, innovative solutions. We seek a professional who challenges the status quo, thinks outside the box, and has the vision to design the future of our operations.
- Connecting the Dots: Analyze macro and micro scenarios to identify synergies between different departments and workflows.
- Process Architecture: Describe, map, and optimize complex processes, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and a focus on strategic outcomes.
- Change Catalyst: Act as an internal influencer, helping teams transition from a transactional mindset to a consultative, strategic approach.
- Data Storytelling: Leverage data to tell compelling stories that support executive decision-making.
- Applied Innovation: Propose and implement continuous improvements using emerging technologies and new ways of working.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- Agile Mindset: Practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) for project management and workflow optimization.
- Power BI Mastery: Ability to create advanced dashboards that translate raw data into actionable strategic insights.
- Critical & Creative Thinking: Proven ability to "think outside the box" to solve complex business problems.
- Communication Excellence: Skill in describing processes in a structured and educational way, with the ability to navigate between operational and executive levels.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Artificial Intelligence (AI): Familiarity with Generative AI tools, LLMs, or automation (Power Automate, Python, etc.) to optimize tasks.
- Previous experience in a Center of Excellence (CoE) environment or Internal Consulting.
