- Provide functional support to end users in the Purchasing area regarding SAP MM processes (purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, source lists, vendor evaluation, invoice verification, and related workflows).
- Act as the main point of contact (Key User/Q User) between the business area and the IT team, translating business needs into system requirements and validating solutions. Support to the current legacy systems
- Perform system configuration, parameterization, testing, and troubleshooting within SAP MM, ensuring data integrity and process compliance.
- Support the integration of SAP MM with other modules (e.g., SAP SD, FI, WM/EWM) and with Supply Chain systems.
- Participate actively in the implementation of the new SAP ecosystem, including requirements gathering, testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing), documentation, and training.
- Support the transition and migration of Supply Chain and Purchasing systems over the coming years, ensuring business continuity during system changes and upgrades.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement within the Purchasing systems landscape.
- Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation (process flows, system configurations, user guides).
- Provide training and guidance to end users on system usage and new functionalities.
- Monitor system performance, identify recurring issues, and propose corrective/preventive actions.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
- Solid knowledge of the SAP MM (Materials Management) module, including configuration and functional processes (purchasing, inventory management, invoice verification).
- Prior experience as a Key User/Q User or in a systems support role within Purchasing or Supply Chain areas.
- Experience with SAP implementation projects, system upgrades, or technology transitions is highly desirable.
- Understanding of integration points between SAP MM and other modules (e.g., SD, FI, WM/EWM).
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional/technical solutions, acting as a liaison between business and IT teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to train and support end users.
- Experience preparing functional/technical documentation (process flows, configuration guides, user manuals).
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required
- SAP certification (MM module) is a plus.
Previous experience in the automotive industry or Supply Chain systems is a plus.
