Global Sales Reporting Data Specialist

Ford Business Solutions is looking for a

Global Sales Reporting Data Specialist to join our Marketing & Sales Teamin ourBudapest, Váci Greens office.

What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?

Global Sales Reporting team’s role is to provide timely and accurate reporting to Global Leadership in Dearborn, USA.

Main purpose of the position is to act as the data gathering and processing expert of Global Sales Reporting, provide support for the LL6 manager and analytical assistance to the Global Sales and Allocations manager.

Major responsibilities:

• Take ownership of Global Sales and Production Program’s Nameplate data retrieve and related reporting tasks
• Familiarize with sales and production program consolidation data flow, improve and automate processes, including Alteryx to Python migration
• Support data maintenance and preparation for cloud deployment, including data feed towards LLM assistants
• Engage in both regular (weekly/monthly) report preparations as well as support ad hoc requests
• Monitor data accuracy and track down disconnects
• Improve data visualization quality through Power BI
• Explore and potentially leverage other tools in the existing software portfolio of the Company.
• Understand data packaging for Global Leadership requirements
• Co-operate and establish cross-functionality with a team of data analysts

Required knowledge and skills:

• Alteryx, Power BI and other business analytics tools knowledge 
• Ease of handling complex data through Excel
• Basic Python knowledge is a major advantage
• Basic knowledge and interest in familiarizing with software pipeline such as GitHub is an advantage 
• Interest in automotive industry/motoring
• Ability to quickly learn, adapt and deploy knowledge
• Drive for results and strong analytical skills
• Curiosity, attention to detail, accuracy
• Able to interact across skill teams
• Persistence and ability to co-operate remotely across continents and cultures
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Two-way working flexibility to suit the global nature of the role

• Working hours: 40 hours / week
