In this position…
This role is a critical function within Ford Credit Canada’s Funding team. It requires a blend of operational precision, exceptional dealer-service skills, excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset focused on continuous process improvement.
What you'll do...
This position may include, but not limited to, the following tasks:
- Discounting (training will be provided).
- Discount all offerings in compliance with provincial consumer protection legislation and procedural requirements.
- Ensure new business imaging requirements are met and monitored according to procedural requirements.
- All required contract documentation to be compliant as required by procedure and discounted as required.
- Process all contracts on a daily basis before end of day balancing.
- Provide outstanding dealer service ensuring proper phone etiquette and professional communication with our dealers.
- Review discrepant complex contracts and assist FCGBC team in resolution.
- Contact dealers to effectively review multiple discrepant contracts for immediate corrective action.
- Effectively manage dealer requests in a timely fashion.
- Keep management informed of any backlogs, relief problems, or departmental problems.
- Actively participate in department/team meetings to help promote a positive environment.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with peers and supervision; accepting instruction and assignments; assisting others to accomplish work group objectives.
- Support a culture which ensures a sales mindset is maintained in the Business Centre.
- Ensure procedural compliance in order to achieve "Effective Control" ratings on all Modular Control Review Programs (MCRP), Daily Review Guide (DRG) and GAO audits.
- Utilize Degreed as a platform for personal and professional growth.
- Support diversity initiatives by understanding, respecting and valuing the differences that define employees as unique individuals.
- Demonstrate corporate citizenship by participating in team and community events.
- Embrace initiatives related to Ford OS Behaviours with focus on process improvement – continuous mindset of waste elimination.

- Education: Highschool Diploma
- Basic knowledge of collections, technology, and customer service.
- Effective multi-tasking and detail oriented.
- Understanding of credit operations and processes.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule Monday – Friday, up to 6:00PM EST.

- Bilingual (French/English) is preferred.
- Demonstrated relationship management skills.
- Good communication skills, oral and written.
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
- Efficient time management, organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficient PC Skills (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
This posting is for an existing vacancy within our team.
The expected annual salary for this Ford Credit Canada position is $45,760.00 - $53,872.00 and individuals may also be eligible to participate in our quarterly Flexible Bonus Rewards program.
