Dashboard Performance / Appearance / Updates

• Warranty Dealer Dashboard migration from QlikSense to PowerBI 
• Support Dashboard Improvements, document updates and performance tuning. 
• Support addition of new markets to warranty dealer dashboard.
• Provide security layers to control users access to warranty data.
• Support/develop and maintain claims list reports.
• Support/develop and maintain Dealer Dashboard internal reports.
• Support/develop and maintain DDCR/OTE Application.
• Perform Migration from Alteryx to GCP Big Query (BQ)
• Perform and own PWC Audit task
• Perform Qliksense dashboard monitoring on a daily basis including monitoring dealer message boards to understand dealer pain points and create opportunities for solving these pain points
• Explore and implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities within dashboard applications to prepare for future technological advancements and enhance application functionalities
  
  

General Technical / System Support

• Act as a liaison between Ford Motor Company and the QlikSense and PowerBI software vendors to troubleshoot and resolve software performance issues and/or technical issues. 
• Track issue requests/Emails
• Provide ongoing assistance to Global Claim Operation members as needed to resolve complex QlikSense and PowerBI technical issues.

Any engineering graduate preferably Data scientist.

Experience -  3 to 8 Years.

Tech - BI Qlik, Power BI, GCP. Good to know Cloud, AI/ML
