FCSD Finance Analyst 

  • Monthly Financial Close Analysis: Lead monthly close process including consolidation and provide actionable insights and recommendations to Operations team and Finance Management (Regional and Global)
  • Metrics Tracking: Lead in developing and tracking key metrics to drive our business
  • Finance and Accounting Analysis: Lead forecasting, budgeting and business planning for IMG FCSD including Early Look and Assumptions review
  • Strategic Analysis: Provide insightful analysis for PS&L cost items, actionable recommendations, to drive and improve profitability
  • Financial Controls: Develop and maintain robust financial controls which are crucial in our rapidly changing business environment
  • Track the monthly spend against the budgets and ensure no overrun
  • Extensively work with market finance contacts to drive efficiencies and coordinate for timely and quality submission
  • Support adhoc requests time and again including benchmarking based on requests from Regional / Global Finance and Operations
  • Support Waste Elimination initiatives

Other Responsibilities

  • Participate in cutting-edge initiatives and utilize digital tools to automize the report and interpret large datasets
  • Identify potential areas of improvement and propose effective solution
  • Lead Senior Management Reporting including Functional review Participation
  • Manage Audits, MCRPs, AFR and Internal Control related activities
  • Be the lead / Central point of contact for market finance / central skill team finance 

Qualification : CA / CWA / MBA Finance (Preferable SG 6/7)

Preferred Experience : Financial Analysis 

Functional Technical Expertise : Proficient in MS office suites (PPT, Excel), experience on using data analytical tools like Power BI, LLM etc.
