Support the development and implementation of Manufacturing Process Planning using Easy Plan /GSPAS for Powertrain commodities including Engine, Transmission, Axle and Battery pack.

  • Develop and deliver Process sheets in Easy Plan/GSPAS with respect to the changes in the process sequence, Parts, Tools, and Variants for global programs

  • Develop Process Allocations for the respective programs and create the plant structure to do the process allocation in the station level 

  • Generate Time study post process allocation and classify the work elements such as VA/NVABN/NVA

  • Identify the workload imbalance while working on line balancing and provide recommendations

  • Responsible for sharing the program status on every program milestone

  • Lead/Support Virtual build and DJ1 events

  • Ensure the quality of deliveries and adherence to program timeline

  • Collaborate with program teams across the regions to get the required inputs for the delivery

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team and provide effective technical communication with team members from diverse cultural and language backgrounds

Education Qualification: 

BTech/MTech Degree in Engineering (Mech/Prod/Auto)

No. of Years of Experience: 

2 to 3 Years of experience preferable in the Automotive Industry.

Technical Skills:

Must have Automotive manufacturing process exposure of ICE, Transmission, Axle & Battery Assembly process.

Hands on experience in Easy Plan, GSPAS and TeamCenter.

MODAPTS will be added advantage.
