In this role, you will lead the redesign of key processes and workflows, take full ownership of opportunity identification and supervise end-to-end implementation ensuring smooth integration and sustainable operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities
• Global Transformation Initiatives: Actively support or drive key transformation initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Process Re-engineering: Analyze and redesign complete business processes through levers of offshoring, AI automation, RPA automation, digital transformation and process streamlining.
• Process Mapping: Develop detailed process maps for current (as-is) and future (to-be) process flows, providing clear visual documentation for stakeholders.
• Opportunity Identification & AI Use Cases: Identify and evaluate opportunities for process offshoring, elimination, and standard and AI automation(e.g., Gen AI, ML, NLP) to solve complex business problems and streamline workflows; Quantify the financial and operational impact of proposed standard as well as AI driven process improvements. Develop business case, calculate projected ROI, and track post-implementation metrics to ensure solutions deliver measurable business value
• Service Level and KPI Review: Assess current and proposed service level requirements and process KPIs to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business.
• Governance and Service Management: Review and refine governance and service management frameworks to maintain high standards of service delivery.
• Design Workshops: Organize and support workshops to design innovative solutions, fostering collaborative environments for idea generation and problem-solving.
• Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end implementation projects for various functions within Ford Credit, developing and managing project plans, and collaborating effectively with global stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams.
Education:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field required. MBA or other relevant advanced degree highly preferred.
Experience:
1. 5+ years of experience in process redesign, business process management, or a related field
2. Experience of supporting process redesign initiatives
3. Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and project management methodologies.
4. Experience in credit operations of banking, or insurance, or auto-captive finance is highly preferred.
5. Experience in driving digital transformation, preferably through use of AI technology, including a proven ability to assess business challenges, identify high-value AI use cases, and implement effective AI strategies that drive growth.
Skills
Proficiency in process improvement methodologies, process mapping software and data analysis tools.
Exposure on AI driven process improvements is highly preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data efficiently, providing insights that drive decision-making.
Excellent communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools, to efficiently manage and analyze complex data sets.
Experience using JIRA for effective project planning and management, familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps, and proficiency in Power BI.
