Design & Development: Lead the design and implementation of complex ETL workflows to extract data from disparate sources (relational databases, APIs, flat files, cloud storage) and extract / load from/to Oracle HCM Cloud.
Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize ETL jobs and SQL queries to ensure maximum system performance and minimize processing windows.
Data Governance: Implement data quality checks, validation rules, and error-handling routines to ensure the accuracy and reliability of corporate data.
Collaboration: Maintenance & Support: Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues, providing root-cause analysis and long-term technical solutions.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for ETL processes, data mappings, and technical workflows.
Administrator and support all Informatica environments from Development through Production.
· Liaise with other Systems Administrators, ITO teams, UNIX, Network and DBAs and support informatica installation, configuration, maintenance scheduling and software patches and upgrades.
· Record cases with Informatica/ITO teams for product issues /requirements and own accountability in closing the ticket.
· Support Informatica Code migration according to Middleware SCM path and ford approval process.
· Support user’s creation, user group’s management, connections and version control for Informatica Cloud services.
· Support development teams with performance tuning and troubleshooting issues.
· Generate Scheduling standards by monitoring Autosys runs and help refine refresh frequencies for Middleware and subscription systems.
· Monitor System properties for ICS/ICRT/Secure agents and notify proactively for executing system scalability tasks.
· Support disaster recovery process for Middleware primary and secondary production environment.
· Monitor the environment to proactively identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues. Conduct root
cause analysis to identify and resolve complex problems impacting service levels.
· Administer security permissions for all users and ensure compliance to required Ford corporate
standards, procedures, guidelines and processes, including audits.
· Document the configuration of the system, system controls, and procedures.
Experience: A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Data integration, middleware technologies, and software development principles, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Advanced proficiency in SQL (complex joins, stored procedures, indexing, and query optimization).
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to perform data discovery and business analysis to understand data lineage and business logic.
