Our goal is to drive transformative outcomes and set a new standard of data-powered success.

As a Product Manager (fka Product Owner), you will own the vision, strategy, and multi-iteration roadmap for significant EU customer products. Operating with high autonomy, you will solve highly complex, ambiguous, and novel problems end-to-end, serving as a recognized expert and the "ultimate voice of the customer" within your product domain. You will define new problem spaces and set product direction without explicit guidance, ensuring all initiatives align with broad enterprise business goals.

  • Strategy & Vision: Develop and champion the overarching product vision and multi-iteration roadmap, aligning it directly with L0/1/2 Corporate Objectives and enterprise goals.

  • Backlog & Prioritization: Lead large-scale product backlog prioritization, balancing competing organizational needs, technical constraints, and strategic imperatives across complex, interconnected systems.

  • Execution & Launch: Oversee comprehensive go-to-market strategies for major launches, coordinating efforts across marketing, sales, and engineering while establishing processes for continuous post-launch iteration.

  • Performance Analysis: Establish, measure, and re-evaluate Objective and Key Results (OKRs) and success metrics; analyze complex data sets to derive strategic insights and identify systemic issues.

  • Executive Communication: Prepare and present high-stakes product updates and performance reviews to leadership, articulating business value and strategic direction.

  • Value Maximization: Maximize the value of the product resulting from the team's work by understanding ROI (Return on Investment) and business drivers.

  • Customer Empathy: Deeply understanding the "pain points" of the end-user to ensure the team is solving the right problems.

  • Leadership: Lead and strategically contribute to Program Product Reviews, ensuring alignment with overall platform strategy and driving actionable outcomes.

Required Skills

  • Technical Expertise: Deep expertise in the GDI&A ecosystem and the broader data, analytics, and AI landscape.

  • Influence & Alignment: Ability to drive cross-organizational alignment and secure buy-in from diverse stakeholders.

  • Compliance & Security: Strong understanding of security and compliance nuances with EU markets, including GDPR and other EU regulations, within the context of platforms and solutions.

  • Cloud Architecture: Understanding strategic Google cloud architecture implications and the ability to influence engineering decisions to optimize cost, scale, and innovation.

  • Product Artifacts: Mastery in authoring strategic documents, including multi-year roadmaps, strategic briefs, whitepapers, and thought leadership pieces.

  • System Architecture: Ability to challenge technical assumptions, propose alternative architectural solutions, and lead discussions on scalability and security for complex systems.

  • Conflict Resolution: Skilled at mediating conflicts, building consensus, and driving alignment among disparate and sometimes competing stakeholders.

  • Collaboration: Expert at fostering a culture of strong collaboration across product, engineering, data science, and business teams to break down silos.

  • Communication: Ability to communicate complex strategies and technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences, including executive-level stakeholders

Required Experience

  • 8+ years of relevant experience

  • Experience managing significant product lines or multiple complex products with organization-level impact.

  • Proven history of leading initiatives that quantifiably contribute to corporate-level outcomes (e.g., revenue growth, cost savings, strategic advantage).

  • Experience managing relationships with multiple level stakeholders, key business unit leaders, and strategic external partners.

  • Demonstrated experience in driving the definition of MVP/MMP across multiple features or entire product lines, making critical trade-off decisions.

  • Experience operating in a high-autonomy environment, defining new problem spaces, and setting direction for a product domain.
