- Master Data Structures: Develop and maintain "Super" Bills of Material (BOMs) and Super Routings to support all possible product permutations.
- Advanced Logic: Build and manage Variant Tables and Variant Functions to simplify complex configuration logic.
- Pricing Logic: Establish and maintain Variant Pricing (VA00/SD conditions) for specific configuration choices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Master Data management and Variant Configuration.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Skillset
Must Have:

- Variant Configuration (LO-VC): Expert-level experience in modeling configurable products, including KMATs and Configuration Profiles.
- Object Dependency Syntax: Proficiency in writing and troubleshooting SAP syntax for Constraints, Procedures, Selection Conditions, and Pre-conditions.
- Master Data Objects: Proven experience managing Customer Master, Business Partners, Super BOMs, and Super Routings.

Good to Have:
- S/4HANA Experience: Experience with S/4HANA Business Partner conversion and the S/4HANA Migration Cockpit.
- Mass Data Tools: Proficiency with mass maintenance tools such as Winshuttle, LSMW, or SAP MASS.
- Cross-Functional Integration: Understanding of how VC and Customer Master data integrate with PP (Production Planning) and FICO (Finance/Controlling).
- Certifications: SAP Certification in Order Management, PLM, or Variant Configuration.
- Technical Scripting: Familiarity with Variant Functions using P-Function or ABAP snippets.
Core Competencies
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate complex, ambiguous business requirements into structured technical logic.
