Senior Full Stack Engineer (Java + React + Cloud)

Description

We are seeking a passionate Senior Full Stack Engineer who thrives in a collaborative Agile environment and enjoys solving complex problems. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deliver high-quality digital products.

This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, contributing to engineering excellence and innovation across web platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications across digital and mobile platforms
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to define and refine technical solutions
• Lead and contribute to full-stack development using modern frameworks and cloud technologies
• Build and maintain front-end applications using React and GraphQL
• Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Implement Microservices architecture and REST APIs
• Apply engineering practices such as: 
  • Test-Driven Development (TDD)
  • Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
  • Pair Programming and Agile methodologies
• Develop automated unit and integration tests
• Monitor systems using tools like Splunk and Dynatrace
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, demos)
• Conduct Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) for new technologies
• Support production systems and participate in on-call rotations

Qualifications

 Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years of software development experience
• Strong experience in: 
  • Java, Spring Boot
  • React (or Angular)
  • REST API and Microservices architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP / AWS / Azure)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, etc.)
• Experience with Agile methodologies

Good to Have

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Salesforce
• Exposure to AI tools and use cases
• Knowledge of performance monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace)

Experience with security testing tools (SAST/DAST)
