Software Engineer – Java (IAM / Security Services)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications for Access Management platforms
• Contribute to architecture decisions in collaboration with architects and senior engineers
• Develop RESTful services using Spring Boot
• Build automated unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality releases
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve application stability and performance -> Troubleshoot and support production issues and improve application stability and performanceImprove CI/CD pipelines and automate manual processes
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team learning initiatives

Required Technical Skills

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Java / Java EE
• Strong experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Web Services
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar)
• Automated testing using JUnit, Selenium, Cucumber
• Working knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSSQL)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or security domains
• Cloud platform experience (GCP or equivalent)
• Frontend exposure using Angular (2+) or React
• Experience with static code analysis tools (SonarQube, FindBugs)

Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent
