HV Battery Control Hardware Sr. Engineer (BECM/BMS)

Electrified System Engineering – Bussed Electric Center Engineer

Also known as "power distribution box engineer". responsible for delivering a HV distribution box containing HV contactors, Pyro, fuses, sensors, connectors and integrated busbars.

1. Lead HV (High Voltage) Battery Pack BEC and Power Distribution Design & Release. 

主导高压电池包内高压配电盒的设计与发布。

2. Lead to deliver mature design, finish CAD check and all FMA / DV documents per each gateway.

在开发阶段根据设计节点，协调资源，递交成熟的设计，完成CAD干涉检查，制定FMA与DV文件。

3. Lead problem solving in build phase, including but not limited 8D report.

在装包阶段主导问题的解决，同时能利用8D来汇报问题情况。

4. Work with a cross function team to develop a win-win high quality, local cost and safety BEC design and fulfill the deliverables.

与电池包各个部门协同工作，完成高压电力分配系统与传感器的设计。

5. Support new supplier evaluation and assessment

支持新供应商的开发和评审。

6. Support new technology evaluation and verification, homologation etc

支持新技术的开发/验证/国标审核。

7. Develop or evaluate the verification plan and following test data judgement, etc;

制定并且追踪实验计划/实验进度/以及实验结果的评判。 

1. 3 year+ experience of of basic automobile process, including APQP, PPAP, FMA, 8D...etc. Master Degree in Vehicle Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering is preferred. Know-how of basic electrical, mechanical and thermal is preferred. 

3年以上的汽车零部件开发经验，熟悉APQP,PPAP, FMA，8D等基础流程于应用工具。 汽车/电气/机械工程相关专业硕士优先，具备电气，机械，热管理复合知识应用优先。

2. Fluent in both oral and written English, can organize meeting independently with global per necessity.

英文口语、书写流利，根据需要能够独立组织与福特全球与供应商机构的会议

3. Strong Communication, Planning and Project Management Skills and Self-Starter capable of establishing processes and delivering results.

具有较强的沟通，计划和项目管理技能，以及能够建立流程和交付成果的自我驱动能力。
