Retail Manager 小区销售经理
- 分析区域经销商销售指标，围绕销售漏斗弱项指标，提出提升方案，以促使目标达成
- 以市占率为导向，结合产销资源规划区域目标，提高所负责区域市占率
- 区域经销商业务能力分析、跟进和提升指导，重点对基盘客户管理、DCC 运营、产品及技巧培训、人员绩效等进行指导及培训
- 结合明检/神秘客等成绩，制定提升改善计划，提升客户的服务水平
- 配合区域市场、结合区域特点或热点事件，对经销商及所在区域市场推广活动给予指导和监督，提升辖区内品牌声量
- 其它事项：区域内的分析报告及信息反馈：定期制作汇报材料等
- 本科学历或以上
- 8年以上区域销售及（或）经销商运营管理经验，5年以上汽车豪华品牌经验
- 抗压能力强，性格韧性且有开拓精神
- 优秀的沟通表达、人际交往与跨部门协作能力
- 熟练运用日常办公软件和数据分析能力
