- Design, deploy, and execute highly effective monthly, quarterly, and annual Sales and Marketing programs that support and enable the 180-strong Ford Dealer network.
- Strategic Growth & Modernization:
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver projects to enhance the Ford ownership experience, driving customer retention and loyalty, improving operational systems and dealer integration.
- Lead strategic projects to expand Ford’s vehicle personalization and accessories portfolio for current and future vehicle models.
- Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management:
- Engage directly with senior Ford Australia and International Markets Group (IMG) leadership to report on business performance, emerging market trends, risks, and strategic growth opportunities.
