The Executive Producer provides strategic and operational leadership for the Content and Creative team, overseeing the development and delivery of high‑impact storytelling. This role ensures creative excellence through strong organization, attention to detail, and close collaboration across teams and partners. You'll be a central and impactful leader within our Content and Creative team, driving the creation and delivery of high-impact storytelling. This role calls for a highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for collaboration. You'll be instrumental in identifying and cultivating an exceptional network of world-class creative talent, in partnership with our agency partners. Your responsibilities will include leading the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, from clearly briefing creative partners to driving the final selection of creators for key projects. You will ensure all productions run smoothly and efficiently, meticulously managing budgets and adhering to schedules. We highly value collaboration and creativity, encouraging all team members to contribute creative ideas that lead to high-impact storytelling.
What you'll do...
Production Strategy & Program Leadership:
- Lead the end-to-end production strategy across a multifaceted content portfolio, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and brand objectives.
- Establish scalable workflows, operational frameworks, and quality controls to ensure consistent and efficient delivery.
- Manage multiple concurrent productions, overseeing development, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and post-production pipelines.
Agency & Partner Leadership:
- Own the creative RFP briefing process acting as the primary liaison and assignment editor for external agencies and production houses.
- Maintain and expand a network of top-tier directors, DPs, editors, and emerging creators.
- Provide ongoing leadership and creative oversight to ensure output meets brand standards, strategic goals, and performance benchmarks.
Budget & Resource Leadership:
- Develop, manage, and track production budgets, across a high-volume, cross departmental content program, ensuring cost-effective use of resources without compromising quality.
- Lead contracts negotiations, manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance with rights, licensing and legal requirements.
- Implement operation best practices, production governance and risk migration plans.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, public relations, internal communications, and executive leadership to understand their content needs and translate them into actionable production plans.
- Guide teams toward shared creative and operational goals through clear communication, leadership and collaborative problem-solving.
- Maintain strong relationships across internal departments to streamline inter-departmental communication and find efficiencies where possible.
Innovation Insights & Creative Excellence: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content production and communications. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve our production processes and output. Collaborate with the Strategy and Planning team on measurement and content effectiveness across our channels.
On-Location Support:
Serve as the on-site production lead for key shoots, ensuring operational execution, creative fulfillment and safety protocols as needed across diverse environments
Manage production teams troubleshoot challenges, and maintain alignment with strategic creative vision.
You’ll have…
- 10 years of experience in film, digital production, creative operations or integrated campaign leadership
- Batchelor’s degree or higher in relevant subject

- Film industry background
- Industry relationships with DPs, production houses and small creators
- Experience with talent, rights and licensing
- Experience managing complex delivery schedules
- Demonstrated ability to build and optimize production systems and workflow

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
