  • The Senior Analyst will support high-priority strategic initiatives—ranging from workforce capability building to process optimization—ensuring that our digital platforms are intuitive and our transformation data is actionable.
  • This individual must be highly adaptable, capable of pivoting between different workstreams as the transformation roadmap evolves, and deeply committed to a continuous improvement approach.
  • What you'll do...
  • Strategic Initiative Support: Provide project management and analytical support for a variety of transformation workstreams, ensuring all deliverables align with the Ford+ strategy.
  • Digital Ecosystem Management: Build and optimize the transformation’s digital collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams) to ensure seamless global communication and information flow.
  • Transformation Storytelling: Create high-impact presentations and visual assets that simplify complex transformation concepts for a global audience.
  • Process Optimization (Lean): Apply Lean methodologies to identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and implement standardized, "waste-free" digital solutions.
  • Data Prep & Insights: Support tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs), turning raw transformation data into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., HR, GDIA) to ensure the smooth adoption of new tools, processes, and frameworks.
  • Flexible Execution: Flexible support within the transformation office, supporting high-priority and evolving projects with a high degree of initiative.
  • Global Delivery Coordination: Interface with remote delivery partners to ensure that centralized tasks (such as data tracking or content development) meet the team’s standards for quality and speed.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in a corporate environment.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, data analysis, or digital enablement within a large-scale organization.

Even better, you may have...

  • Digital Fluency: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, MS Teams, Viva Engage, and PowerPoint) to drive global collaboration and transparency.
  • Lean Mindset: Demonstrated understanding of Lean principles (e.g., Continuous Improvement, Waste Elimination) and a passion for applying them to complex workflows.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, track milestones, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bias for Action: A high-energy self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and proactively identifies ways to add value in an evolving environment.
  • Data Storytelling: Ability to ingest raw data and translate it into compelling, executive-ready visual narratives and reports.
  • Global Coordination: Comfort working across different geographies and cultures, including remote delivery teams.
