Maintain & apply quality control system in NMP area including but not limitedtoTS16949,ISO14001, Launch Quality Operating System (LQOS) FordProductionSystem,Complywith Company policies/ procedures/ programs
ManageNMPstakeinthewhiteboard meeting, FER, R202, ColorHarmony, Ford Consumer Product Audit (FCPA) review.
LeadtheOnSiteModificationprocess.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
Proficient in English.
Strong Interpersonal skills, project management, collaboration, problem-solving and conflict management skills.
Preference: experienced in automotive industry or equivalent and problem-solving skills.
