Analyst PPM Codification

• Review PDL to establish Program details, production dates, and feature availability, rules for feature availability, summary codes and option packs.
• Review the PDL and understand the change content that requires coding action.
• Review and correct the errors while processing the PDO update.
• Work closely with program office for swift resolution of errors.
• Create and manage Order Card allocation & EOC dictionary set up and maintenance
• Create and maintain Solve and Feasibility Tables for all vehicle lines in Asia Pacific.
• Create and maintain PV/PP table in-line with VIN format sheet and KCC charts.
• Conduct Solve audit set up to support BOM Validation.
• Create Switches for combination features in order to trigger part release to suppliers.
• Daily check to review and clear BOM/SFI errors.
• Update GEVIS in line with PDL / interface with SPI
• Create and maintain catalogue codes in KD-Lot in line with program direction letter.
• Maintain WVTA updates for vehicle lines with Europe exports.
• Maintain CPMD/GFORCE catalogue coding.
• To determine the Vehicle Engineering/Marketing description based on marketing team input.
• Deliver 6-sigma BOM based on Solve coding.

• Coding & maintaining PDO (Product Definition and Offer), Maintenance of GPAM tables in line with Product Direction Letter (PDL) issued by Program Offices. 
• Maintain EMOS inline to Market request
• Programming PV / PP tables in-line with VIN format & KCC charts

Good Communication and interpersonal Skills

BE /Btech any specification

2 to 4 years of experience in BOM 

Knowledge on BOM, Pre-production & Change Management is required

Knowledge on Google Cloud Platform, Python & Dashboards is added advantage.
