As part of our Human Resources team, you’ll help us attract, hire and retain the top talent we need to achieve our bold vision. You’ll play a vital role in defining, developing and maintaining the winning culture that empowers diverse individuals to work together and create the impossible. We’re seeking change leaders, talent strategists, employee advocates and culture architects to enable our teams, partners, and businesses to do and be their best.

The HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition & Development will serve as the operational engine behind talent acquisition and growth. This role combines the agility required to fill vacancies at various levels (both hourly and salaried) with the technical precision needed to manage training plans and legal compliance. It is a key position that connects tactical hiring needs with long-term retention and skill development strategies, ensuring that every administrative process translates into an enhanced employee experience.

  • Full Recruitment Cycle: Execute job postings, screening, initial interviews, and assessments for both hourly and monthly salaried positions.
  • Drive Talent Integration: Manage end-to-end logistics for onboarding and induction programs, ensuring a seamless, welcoming experience for all new salaried and hourly employees.
  • Execute Training Strategy: Coordinate the annual training calendar, scheduling internal and external courses, managing invitations, and aligning programs with business growth goals.
  • Strategic Alignment: Translate strategic business objectives into actionable Human Capital initiatives that optimize organizational effectiveness and plant team performance.
  • Deliver Specialized Programs: Oversee technical, professional, and language training programs tailored to both operational and administrative personnel.
  • Support Recruitment Initiatives: Partner with talent acquisition teams to assist with recruitment events, university relations, and staffing activities to fill key vacancies.
  • Optimize L&D Operations: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for the department, supervising support staff and instructors to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Specialization in Organizational Development is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within industrial or manufacturing environments managing both hourly and salaried personnel.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Expertise in STPS regulations (specifically DC-3 and SIRCE management).
    • Proficiency in climate and engagement diagnostic tools (e.g., employee voice surveys).
    • Experience in talent management methodologies and succession planning.
    • Proficiency in psychometric testing and competency-based interview techniques.
  • Skills: Strategic thinking, high level of influence with leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal communication.
  • Languages: Advanced English (essential for managing global programs and business terminology).

Working Conditions

  • Environment: Office setting with frequent presence on the production floor (Plant).
  • Work Mode: On-site.  Ability to work 100% on-siteMonday to Friday in Irapuato Plant
  • Physical Effort: Ability to perform regular walk-throughs in operational areas.
  • Travel: Occasional availability for recruitment events or university visits.
