The Process Engineer - Manufacturing Analytics & Robotics for Value Engineered Lean & Learning Engineer (MARVELL) is responsible for designing, optimizing, and transforming manufacturing processes by integrating advanced technologies, data-driven decision-making, sustainability practices, and human-centered operational strategies.
The role focuses on improving productivity, operational resilience, quality, ergonomics, and digital adoption through Industry 5.0 methodologies. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, maintenance, quality, IT, automation, and continuous improvement teams to implement smart manufacturing solutions and drive operational excellence.
This position requires a balance of technical expertise, digital capabilities, innovation mindset, and strong interpersonal skills to successfully support next-generation manufacturing operations.
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes using Lean Manufacturing, automation, and data analytics.
- Support Industry 5.0 and digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations.
- Analyze production KPIs and operational data to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Implement smart manufacturing technologies such as IIoT, digital dashboards, and process simulation tools.
- Lead sustainability initiatives focused on waste reduction, energy efficiency, and environmental compliance.
- Improve operator experience through ergonomics, safety improvements, and human-centered process design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, IT, Maintenance, EHS, and Automation.
- Support implementation of predictive and data-driven operational solutions.
- Participate in innovation projects, pilot programs, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Drive process standardization and best practices across operations.
- Support organizational change management and technology adoption initiatives.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field.
